Sachin Vaze’s orders deleted from Bombay High Court website ? 

In the said order Sachin  Vaze found to have committed murder of Khwaja Yunus when he was in his police custody and then fabricated false evidence that  Yunus ran away from custody when his car met with an accident.

The details of Judicial Enquiry conducted by Special Judge under POTA 2002 was taken note by the division Bench of Bombay High Court in Writ Petition No. 1343 of 2003 in the matter between Sayed Khwaja Ayub vs. State.

The two orders dated 7th April 2004 & 30th April 2004 are not available on the official website of the Bombay High Court.

If really such thing happens then it will be a serious offence against administration of justice.

Recently in a similar issue Justice Gautam Patel on 19 February, 2020 has ordered a probe and a criminal case, if necessary, into a forged court order made in his name.

The forged order was part of a succession petition and sought to be used for 2 bank deposits worth Rs 51 lakh.

 

The order against Sachin Vaze are uploaded in this blog to make the public aware as to what type of criminal minded mr. Vaze is and the credentials of Parambeer Singh who reinstated him in the department despite he is a murderer as per judicial enquiry.
